1.Scope of Application
Pellet annular cooler is one of the main equipment in the process of grate - rotary kiln - annular cooler. It is used to cool the pellets discharged from the rotary kiln at about 1200 ℃, and recover the waste heat to finally make the pellets reach the temperature suitable for transportation.

3.Product Introduction
Pellets discharged from the rotary kiln at about 1200 ℃ are evenly distributed on the pallet car through fixed screens and feed hoppers, and the blast unit installed at the lower part of the frame is used for blast cooling; The sealing cover unit on the upper part of the rack is used for waste heat recovery; The sprocket of the driving unit applies torque to the chain roller on the pallet car frame to make the frame rotate at a constant speed; When arriving at the ore unloading area, the pellet will be cooled to the required temperature. At this time, the pallet car will turn over, discharge and reset with the help of the curved track, and the cooling operation will be completed.
