Northern Heavy Industries invited to attend the 2025 China Heavy Machinery Technology Conference Three men appointed as the first batch of Industry leaders
On October 14th, the 2025 China Heavy Machinery Technology Conference was successfully held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Northern Heavy Industries was invited to participate in the conference, and the company's president Zhang Yifei attended the high-level dialogue event of the six major heavy machinery enterprises in the industries. The conference released the "Report on Technological Innovation and Development of China's Heavy Machinery Industry (2021-2025)" and the "Self discipline Initiative for China's Heavy Machinery Industry ", and appointed the first batch of chief experts, young experts, and chief technicians in the Industry and issued appointment letters. Gao Yong, Vice President of the Northern Heavy Industries Design and Research Institute, Liu Gang, Director and Professional Chief Engineer of the Mining Equipment Design and Research Institute, and Tong Hailong, Team Leader of the Machining Workshop of the Major Components Branch, were respectively appointed as the first batch of chief experts, young experts, and chief technicians in the Industry.
This conference summarized the achievements of scientific and technological innovation development in the heavy machinery Industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation environment, scientific and technological innovation system and capacity building, and major achievements in scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, it provided clear guidance on the direction and key tasks of scientific and technological innovation development during the 15th Five Year Plan period. Provided direction for Industry enterprises, research institutions, and market entities, and planned a clear action roadmap.
