On February 28th, the “Railway Wagon Tippler System for Open-Top Container and Bulk Material Dual-Purpose Pressing and Positioning Device”, an invention of Northern Heavy Industries(NHI), stood out in the “Show My ‘Five Small’ Achievements” exhibition and learning event organized by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions(ACFTU).
After nationwide voting, the device received widespread recognition with an outstanding rank of 473.
