At the beginning of the new year, Northern Heavy Industries (NHI) has secured its first major order of 2025, signing a sales contract with a vanadium-titanium magnetite mine user in Xinjiang for the supply of three MLL3000 spiral vertical mills. The Largest Spiral Vertical Mill in China, a Leader in Technology
The MLL3000 spiral vertical mill recently contracted is currently the largest specification product of its kind in China, with an installed power of 3000kW. The MLL4500 spiral vertical grinding mill has now been developed. The pioneering permanent magnet semi-direct drive technology has been adopted, which can enhance transmission efficiency and further reduce energy consumption. The MLL3000 spiral vertical mill, a condensation of NHI’s years of technological essence, offer advantages such as strong material lifting capacity, high grinding efficiency, fine particle size, long service life of spiral liners, and the ability to start under load or full load. These features can achieve energy savings of 30%-50%, providing a new typical solution for the green development of the mining industry.
