Traditional equipment manufacturing enterprises have low efficiency and high costs in their production organization mode, which is not conducive to the modernization construction of the enterprise. NHI has established a production big data platform, replacing the traditional production organization model with a visual, digital, and information-based data exchange mode, monitoring project operation progress in real-time, handling unexpected situations in a timely manner, and shortening the product manufacturing cycle. In the first half of this year, NHI achieved a year-on-year increase of 34.45% in new orders and a year-on-year increase of 29.72% in sales revenue.
With the strong support of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, NHI has launched self research on high-end equipment, strengthened new product research and technological innovation, created core competitiveness of the enterprise, and opened up domestic and foreign markets with new products by unveiling and applying for the first major technical equipment development and application project.
The 65-meter-long span, fully explosion-proof, multi machine common rail intelligent fully enclosed coal material yard portal scraper reclaimer independently developed by NHI has achieved international advanced levels in all performance; The domestically developed maximum specification 5-meter shear line has broken the long-term monopoly of foreign enterprises, solved the "bottleneck" problem in the metallurgical rolling industry, and also exported products to foreign countries.
The MLL1200 spiral vertical mill produced by NHI is the first mass-produced large-specification spiral vertical mill in China. Compared to traditional mining ball mills, this new product can reduce energy consumption by more than 30% and land area by 40%, solving the problem of high energy consumption in traditional mining industries.
At present, NHI has developed the second generation lightweight spiral vertical mill, which has further reduced energy consumption and has the ability to produce the world's largest specification of 4500 horsepower (approximately 3300 kW) installed power spiral vertical mill, helping to upgrade the production capacity of China's mining industry once again.
