Huai Nan Mining Group deliver a glad message to NHI
On 12th March, the world first vertical shaft coal mine rock roadway whole section TBM which design by TBM Company through smoothly at Huai Nan mining group Zhang Ji mine.
Zhang Ji mine test section roadway is quartz sandstone with uniaxial compressive strength about 80 MPa, traditional construction technology at this kind geological condition is blasting driving, about 3m drill footage per day, 80-90m drill footage per month. This rock roadway whole section TBM from the middle of lunar January started tunneling, working hours at most (8 hours) , drilling footage is 14.5m, at most 30.7m drilling footage per day, average 404m drilling footage per month. Compare to the traditional construction technology, the highest drilling footage per day is 10 times, drill footage per month improve 4.5 times. Due to equipment performance is excellent, Huai Nan mine Group deliver the glad message after tunnel breakthrough.
