On January 7, Fangda Group NHI held the 2023 annual "professional chief engineer" and "master craftsman" appointment and naming conference, appointed 27 leading technical talents of various disciplines as the company's professional chief engineer, and awarded 10 highly skilled talents from the production line as the honorary title of "master craftsman" of NHI.
At the conference, Wang Hongwei, secretary of the Party Committee of NHI, made a speech on behalf of the company. He said that the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strive to cultivate more first-class scientific and technological leaders and innovation teams, young scientific and technological talents, outstanding engineers, large country craftsmen and high-skilled talents. The appointment and naming conference is an important measure to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The purpose is to form a culture of respect for knowledge, talent, labor and creativity in enterprises, to form a good atmosphere in which everyone strives for advancement and contribution, and to work together for the early realization of high-quality development of NHI. Wang Hongwei pointed out that this is the first time in the history of NHI to hold this kind of conference, and the direction of transmission and announcement is clear: pay attention to technology research and development, cherish technology inheritance, care for skilled workers, and keep the "root" and "soul" of NHI.
