Struggling NHI received a letter of thanks from FAW: Time and tide tell the truth
In March, 2022, many enterprises were caught off guard by the COVID-19 epidemic which affected many provinces across the country. On March 24th, Shenyang pressed the pause button. NHI immediately launched an emergency plan. With the strong support and help of Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, more than 700 employees of the company implemented closed management during the static period of the city, and fought in the front line of production for quality and delivery on time.
During the closed period, NHI Automobile Steering System Branch kept close communication with customers from all over the world to ensure the delivery of products and the timely delivery of new product samples during the epidemic. Affected by the epidemic situation, Changchun FAW factory stopped production in mid-March, and plans to resume production in late April. However, as some parts of China have not yet resumed the logistics service to Changchun, the factory is extremely anxious about this. After learning about this, NHI decided to make use of its own regional advantages to play the role of bridge hub. Up to now, it has helped users to transfer emergency supplies from nearly 40 suppliers across the country through Shenyang. After full disinfection in NHI, a special car was arranged to go straight to Changchun, helping Changchun FAW factory to resume work and production on schedule. Changchun FAW factory was very moved when it received the goods and sent a letter of thanks to NHI. The letter said, "As a key enterprise taking the lead in resuming work in Shenyang, while doing everything possible to ensure the stable supply of resources, NHI actively proposes to send the products sent to Changchun by other suppliers to your company urgently in case of logistics and transportation difficulties, and NHI will ship them in time and in quantity free of charge. At present, dozens of suppliers have received NHI,s assistance and ensured the product supply of Jiefang company with the help of NHI,s logistics. Here, Jiefang company and the above supplier partners would like to express our heartfelt thanks for NHI,s great help. ”
