Media Focus ｜ Fangda Group NHI appeared at the International Exhibition named CIEME2021
On the morning of October 22, the 20th China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo with the theme of "transformation and revitalization of Intelligent Manufacturing" (hereinafter referred to as China Manufacturing Expo) opened in Shenyang International Exhibition Center. Zhao Shengling, Deputy Secretary General of Shenyang Municipal People's government, presided over the opening ceremony, and Gao Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee and executive vice mayor of Shenyang Municipal People's government, delivered an opening speech.
The offline exhibition area of this China Manufacturing Expo covers an area of 100000 square meters, with a total of 8 exhibition areas and 812 Chinese and foreign exhibitors. As an important equipment manufacturing enterprise in China, NHI was invited to participate in the exhibition. Since the implementation of the reorganization, the NHI has adjusted the structure and focused on operation, and a series of positive measures have promoted the rapid improvement of enterprise performance, showing a good trend of contrarian growth.
In this exhibition, in addition to the transformation and upgrading of traditional products, NHI also brought a number of new technologies and products. The unattended stacking and reclaiming system jointly designed and developed by NHI and Northeast University is a relatively advanced technology in the industry. After the system is operated, it can greatly save human resources and improve production efficiency; in terms of coal mine machinery, in order to solve the contradiction between the complex underground construction environment and improving the tunneling speed, NHI has developed the world's first walking (fully adaptive) coal mine tunnelling machine with middle replacement of main beam; the L1200 domestic spiral vertical mill developed by NHI saves 30% - 50% energy compared with traditional grinding equipment, meets the requirements of high-efficiency grinding, fine particle size, simplified process and unattended, the product processing capacity can reach 800t / h, and the final product particle size can reach P90 = - 400 mesh.
