This tunneling machine has the full length 98 meters, total weight over 600tons, blade diameter 5.87 meters, and consists of 20 complicated systems. It has the functions of excavation, supporting, slag discharging, spray mixing, gas detecting and etc. Max.100 meters long tunnel can be excavated every day, dozens of times faster than the traditional construction methods.
In 2020, after receiving the intention order from customer, NHI set up a joint project team to visit the construction site for many times to understand the real needs of customer. At the same time, NHI mobilized all the strength of the technical personnel, actively adopted new technologies, integrated into the rich experience of long-term precipitation, optimized the performance from the design, manufacturing and other links, and finally designed new products--- This upcoming tunneling machine is the world's first main beam middle replacement step walking type (full adapted) coal mine tunneling machine. The optimization and improvement of dozens of major process and technologies, such as main design, rear walking and automatic anchor rod, which can solve many problems troubling the construction of coal mine boring machine, and realize small turning, fast support and zero empty roof under the complex geological conditions of coal mine underground.
