This product is used on the finishing line of the plate mill to cut the straightened and cooled steel plate into finished product specifications along the longitudinal direction, so as to achieve accurate control of the plate width.

3.Product Introduction
At present, there are two main types of rolling cut bilateral shear in China, mechanical and hydraulic. The mechanical bilateral shear is divided into wedge adjustment type and eccentric shaft adjustment type.
On the basis of introducing the proprietary technology of rolling cut bilateral shear from MDS of West Germany, our company developed rolling cut bilateral shear in the 1990s through cooperative design, transformation and absorption. The roll cut bilateral shear developed and designed by our company has the characteristics of large shear thickness range, smooth cut, no steps, no bending, high output, low energy consumption, long service life, high automation level, etc. In recent years, we have cooperated with foreign steel equipment manufacturing giants such as Symac and VAI, and have mastered two major forms of roll cut bilateral shear in the world. At present, our company is a domestic advanced enterprise that has mastered all the technologies of design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of rolling cut bilateral shear.
